The support group sessions include a time to watch DivorceCare DVDs, which feature top experts to help you recover from your separation or divorce. The DVDs also feature case studies of people just like you, who have been through the divorce experience. You will also get a chance to talk about what's happening in your life. It can be very healing to tell others what you are going through - but there’s never pressure to do so if you don’t feel like it.

Those undergoing divorce commonly feel isolated. At DivorceCare, you’ll find that you are not alone. There are others who have the same kind of feelings you do - and who understand the hurt and pain you are going through.
