Seniors enjoy company and morning tea at the Friendship Group.

We're all about seniors having social contact, fellowship, and fun. Join us for coffee and chatting, and then enjoy listening to a guest speaker or musical guest. Sometimes we have games or a quiz. Then there is a brief devotional thought to encourage each other, and finally a spectacular morning tea (which does for lunch too!).

Anybody is most welcome to attend. You'll find the atmosphere warm and friendly. Most of our volunteers are experienced working with seniors, and some have nursing or first aid experience. We've found it rewarding and enjoyable to meet new people and invite them to church. It has been a meaningful experience just to be there when people are grieving, hurt or lonely.

We're within easy walking distance for many locals, and bus 577 stops nearby. The Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community Transport service is also available to pick up locals from their homes and take them back (this is a paid service). You can call them on 9983 1611.
