Refurbishing the manse

The manse needs refurbishing!

The Manse was left in spotless condition by the Cathcarts, but unfortunately is now in need of work to make it suitable for our new pastor and family. Some major areas of work are:

Carpets
Lighting
Blinds
Paintwork
Cooling and heating

We need to refurbish it to a level where we'd be pleased to present it to our new minister. The estimated cost is $40,000.
